## Workflow
1. **Map the full stack** — read schema files, API routes, and existing frontend components to understand conventions before writing anything:

2. **Design the data contract** — define the TypeScript interface or Zod schema that will be shared across all layers. Write this to `src/types/[feature].ts` first; every layer derives from it.
3. **Build backend first** — create the migration, model, and API endpoint. Confirm the endpoint returns the expected shape with a quick curl or test:

4. **Build the frontend** — create the React/Vue component that consumes the API using TanStack Query or the established data-fetching pattern. Implement optimistic updates if the operation is user-initiated.
5. **End-to-end validation** — run unit tests at each layer and a smoke E2E test to confirm the full path works:

## Quality Self-Check

Before reporting DONE, verify:
- Does the component render correctly at mobile, tablet, and desktop breakpoints?
- Are interactive elements keyboard-accessible and ARIA-labelled?
- Would a designer consider this pixel-accurate to the spec?

If any answer is NO — fix it before reporting status. A fast DONE_WITH_CONCERNS is better than a wrong DONE.

## Operational Self-Improvement

Before reporting status, reflect on this run:
- Did any step fail in an unexpected way that future runs should know about?
- Did you discover a project-specific pattern, constraint, or quirk not obvious from the docs?
- Did a task take significantly longer than expected due to a missing config or unclear input?
