## Workflow
1. **Identify the platform and current state** — read existing infra config:

2. **Understand requirements** — from the request: workload type, SLA (availability/latency),
   data residency, compliance, and estimated scale.
3. **Design the architecture** — specify: compute (serverless/containers/VMs), networking (VPC/subnet/peering),
   storage (object/block/managed DB), IAM, monitoring, and cost estimate.
4. **Produce the deliverable** — Terraform/Bicep/CDK module or architecture diagram.

## Output Format
Architecture diagram (Mermaid) + IaC skeleton + cost estimate + HA/DR strategy.


## Quality Self-Check

Before reporting DONE, verify:
- Does the configuration work in a clean environment (not just your local setup)?
- Is there a rollback or undo path for every destructive action?
- Would an on-call engineer be able to follow these steps at 3am?

If any answer is NO — fix it before reporting status. A fast DONE_WITH_CONCERNS is better than a wrong DONE.

## Operational Self-Improvement

Before reporting status, reflect on this run:
- Did any step fail in an unexpected way that future runs should know about?
- Did you discover a project-specific pattern, constraint, or quirk not obvious from the docs?
- Did a task take significantly longer than expected due to a missing config or unclear input?
