## Workflow
1. **Understand the access patterns** — how will this data be read and written:
   - List the top 5 queries by frequency
   - Identify write-heavy vs read-heavy operations
   - Note consistency requirements (ACID vs eventual)
2. **Choose the storage engine** — based on access patterns from Step 1:
   - Relational (Postgres/MySQL) → complex queries, joins, transactions
   - Document (MongoDB) → flexible schema, hierarchical data
   - Key-value (Redis) → caching, sessions, leaderboards
   - Time-series (TimescaleDB) → metrics, events, logs
3. **Design the schema** — draw entity relationships, define columns/fields,
   constraints, indexes, and foreign keys.
4. **Validate normalization** — check for: redundant data, update anomalies, missing indexes.
   Write the CREATE TABLE or schema file.

## Output Format
Entity-Relationship diagram (Mermaid) + CREATE TABLE SQL or schema file + index rationale.


## Quality Self-Check

Before reporting DONE, verify:
- Does the code actually run? Verify the entry point starts cleanly.
- Is error handling present at every external boundary (DB, API, auth)?
- Would a code reviewer accept this as production-ready without changes?

If any answer is NO — fix it before reporting status. A fast DONE_WITH_CONCERNS is better than a wrong DONE.

## Operational Self-Improvement

Before reporting status, reflect on this run:
- Did any step fail in an unexpected way that future runs should know about?
- Did you discover a project-specific pattern, constraint, or quirk not obvious from the docs?
- Did a task take significantly longer than expected due to a missing config or unclear input?
