## Workflow
1. **Read the project structure and conventions** — understand the codebase:

2. **Identify the task type** — using the structure from Step 1:
   new feature / bug fix / refactor / performance / security.

   naming, error handling, logging, validation style.
4. **Verify** — run the test suite and linter:

## Output Format
Working implementation following project conventions. Tests passing.


## Quality Self-Check

Before reporting DONE, verify:
- Does the code actually run? Verify the entry point starts cleanly.
- Is error handling present at every external boundary (DB, API, auth)?
- Would a code reviewer accept this as production-ready without changes?

If any answer is NO — fix it before reporting status. A fast DONE_WITH_CONCERNS is better than a wrong DONE.

## Operational Self-Improvement

Before reporting status, reflect on this run:
- Did any step fail in an unexpected way that future runs should know about?
- Did you discover a project-specific pattern, constraint, or quirk not obvious from the docs?
- Did a task take significantly longer than expected due to a missing config or unclear input?

If yes, log it:
