This license applies to the premium features of Roadcrew, including but not
limited to:
- Compiled TypeScript scripts in scripts/premium/
- AI-powered automation features (--ai, --toc flags)
- Multi-repository orchestration capabilities
- Premium API integrations

GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to the terms and conditions of this License and payment of applicable
license fees, North Star Holdings, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable license to use the premium features of Roadcrew in accordance
with your subscription tier (Starter or Enterprise).

RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:
- Use premium features without a valid license key
- Redistribute, sublicense, or transfer premium features to third parties
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble premium features
- Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
- Use premium features in excess of your license tier limits

SUBSCRIPTION TIERS

Starter Tier:
- Single user or small team (up to 3 seats)
- 100,000 AI tokens per month
- Standard support

Enterprise Tier:
- Unlimited seats within your organization
- Unlimited AI tokens
- Priority support and SLA

TRIAL LICENSES

Trial licenses are provided for evaluation purposes only, valid for 30 days,
and include Starter tier limits. Trial licenses automatically expire and
require upgrade to a paid subscription for continued use.

TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license
will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any
term of this license. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the premium
features and destroy all copies.

NO WARRANTY

PREMIUM FEATURES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL NORTH STAR HOLDINGS, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,
INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS
INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY
TO USE THE PREMIUM FEATURES.

GOVERNING LAW

This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the State of Colorado, United States of America, without regard to its conflict
of law provisions.
