Before you can create or publish a Marketplace app, you need access to the [**Marketplace Developer Portal**](https://marketplace.gohighlevel.com/)
. This is where you manage your apps, team access, OAuth settings, and submission workflow.

Here’s how to create your Developer Account:

*   Go to the [HighLevel App Marketplace](https://marketplace.gohighlevel.com/)
    
*   Click **Sign Up** to create a developer account.
*   Fill in the Sign Up form with the details requested.
*   Verify your Phone Number.
*   Click Get Started to create your account.
*   Check your inbox for the verification email and complete email verification.

*   The **first user** who signs up becomes the **Owner** of the developer account.
    
*   There can be **only one Owner**.
    
*   If you need multiple people to access the Developer Portal, add them as users (recommended) instead of sharing credentials.
