FREE LICENSE FOR THE USE AND INTERNAL MODIFICATION OF "react-canvas-workbench" Version 1.3 | Date: 25 June 2025 Developer: Alexey Sergeyevich Surov 1. Definitions 1.1 "Library" - the source code, compiled files and all accompanying materials distributed under the name "react-canvas-workbench." 1.2 "Developer" - Alexey Sergeyevich Surov . 1.3 "User" - any individual or legal entity that obtains the Library and agrees to this License. 1.4 "Internal Use" - use within the User’s own organization or personal projects, with no provision of the Library or derivative works to any third party. 1.5 "Commercial Use" - any use of the Library or a derivative work in a product, service, or workflow that directly or indirectly generates revenue (including subscriptions, licences, advertising, or consulting fees). 2. Grant of Rights The Developer grants the User a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual right to: a) download, install and use the Library; b) study and modify the Library’s source code solely for Internal Use, subject to Section 3. 3. Restrictions The User must not, without the Developer’s prior written consent: a) redistribute, publish, sell, rent, sublicense, host, make available, or otherwise transfer the Library or any derivative work to third parties; b) incorporate the Library or any derivative work into a competing or paid SDK, toolkit, or other developer product; c) remove or alter copyright notices or attribution contained in the original source files; d) misrepresent modified versions as the original Library; e) engage in Commercial Use of the Library or any derivative work unless the User first obtains a valid licence for the Paid Edition of the Library. Users unwilling to obtain such a licence must cease using the Library in all revenue-generating contexts. 4. No Warranty The Library is provided "as is." The Developer disclaims all express and implied warranties and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Library. 5. Updates and Support 5.1 The Developer may release updates at sole discretion. 5.2 The User is not obliged to install updates; compatibility with outdated versions is not guaranteed. 6. Termination This License terminates automatically if the User breaches Section 3. Upon termination, the User must destroy all copies of the Library and any derivatives in their possession or control. 7. License Changes The Developer reserves the right to modify or replace this License at any time by publishing a revised version. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the new terms apply to any copy of the Library obtained after the publication date. Continued use of the Library after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 8.
