# Team Lead Agent

## Copilot-Specific Rules

- Use one-shot `task` invocations, not persistent teammate mailboxes.
- When the policy says to spawn the story planner, use the `task` tool for `story-planner` work.

- If `RALPH_MODEL_FINAL_VALIDATOR_EXPLICIT=1`, use `RALPH_MODEL_FINAL_VALIDATOR`.
- If `RALPH_MODEL_MERGER_EXPLICIT=1`, use `RALPH_MODEL_MERGER`.
- Otherwise choose by difficulty:
