{"id":51,"name":"الذاريات","transliteration":"Adh-Dhariyat","translation":"The Winnowing Winds","type":"meccan","total_verses":60,"verses":[{"id":1,"text":"وَٱلذَّـٰرِيَٰتِ ذَرۡوٗا","translation":"By those [winds] scattering [dust] dispersing","transliteration":"Waalththariyati tharwan"},{"id":2,"text":"فَٱلۡحَٰمِلَٰتِ وِقۡرٗا","translation":"And those [clouds] carrying a load [of water]","transliteration":"Faalhamilati wiqran"},{"id":3,"text":"فَٱلۡجَٰرِيَٰتِ يُسۡرٗا","translation":"And those [ships] sailing with ease","transliteration":"Faaljariyati yusran"},{"id":4,"text":"فَٱلۡمُقَسِّمَٰتِ أَمۡرًا","translation":"And those [angels] apportioning [each] matter","transliteration":"Faalmuqassimati amran"},{"id":5,"text":"إِنَّمَا تُوعَدُونَ لَصَادِقٞ","translation":"Indeed, what you are promised is true","transliteration":"Innama tooAAadoona lasadiqun"},{"id":6,"text":"وَإِنَّ ٱلدِّينَ لَوَٰقِعٞ","translation":"And indeed, the recompense is to occur","transliteration":"Wainna alddeena lawaqiAAun"},{"id":7,"text":"وَٱلسَّمَآءِ ذَاتِ ٱلۡحُبُكِ","translation":"By the heaven containing pathways","transliteration":"Waalssamai thati alhubuki"},{"id":8,"text":"إِنَّكُمۡ لَفِي قَوۡلٖ مُّخۡتَلِفٖ","translation":"Indeed, you are in differing speech","transliteration":"Innakum lafee qawlin mukhtalifin"},{"id":9,"text":"يُؤۡفَكُ عَنۡهُ مَنۡ أُفِكَ","translation":"Deluded away from the Qur'an is he who is deluded","transliteration":"Yufaku AAanhu man ofika"},{"id":10,"text":"قُتِلَ ٱلۡخَرَّـٰصُونَ","translation":"Destroyed are the falsifiers","transliteration":"Qutila alkharrasoona"},{"id":11,"text":"ٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ فِي غَمۡرَةٖ سَاهُونَ","translation":"Who are within a flood [of confusion] and heedless","transliteration":"Allatheena hum fee ghamratin sahoona"},{"id":12,"text":"يَسۡـَٔلُونَ أَيَّانَ يَوۡمُ ٱلدِّينِ","translation":"They ask, \"When is the Day of Recompense","transliteration":"Yasaloona ayyana yawmu alddeeni"},{"id":13,"text":"يَوۡمَ هُمۡ عَلَى ٱلنَّارِ يُفۡتَنُونَ","translation":"[It is] the Day they will be tormented over the Fire","transliteration":"Yawma hum AAala alnnari yuftanoona"},{"id":14,"text":"ذُوقُواْ فِتۡنَتَكُمۡ هَٰذَا ٱلَّذِي كُنتُم بِهِۦ تَسۡتَعۡجِلُونَ","translation":"[And will be told], \"Taste your torment. This is that for which you were impatient","transliteration":"Thooqoo fitnatakum hatha allathee kuntum bihi tastaAAjiloona"},{"id":15,"text":"إِنَّ ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ فِي جَنَّـٰتٖ وَعُيُونٍ","translation":"Indeed, the righteous will be among gardens and springs","transliteration":"Inna almuttaqeena fee jannatin waAAuyoonin"},{"id":16,"text":"ءَاخِذِينَ مَآ ءَاتَىٰهُمۡ رَبُّهُمۡۚ إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُواْ قَبۡلَ ذَٰلِكَ مُحۡسِنِينَ","translation":"Accepting what their Lord has given them. Indeed, they were before that doers of good","transliteration":"Akhitheena ma atahum rabbuhum innahum kanoo qabla thalika muhsineena"},{"id":17,"text":"كَانُواْ قَلِيلٗا مِّنَ ٱلَّيۡلِ مَا يَهۡجَعُونَ","translation":"They used to sleep but little of the night","transliteration":"Kanoo qaleelan mina allayli ma yahjaAAoona"},{"id":18,"text":"وَبِٱلۡأَسۡحَارِ هُمۡ يَسۡتَغۡفِرُونَ","translation":"And in the hours before dawn they would ask forgiveness","transliteration":"Wabialashari hum yastaghfiroona"},{"id":19,"text":"وَفِيٓ أَمۡوَٰلِهِمۡ حَقّٞ لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلۡمَحۡرُومِ","translation":"And from their properties was [given] the right of the [needy] petitioner and the deprived","transliteration":"Wafee amwalihim haqqun lilssaili waalmahroomi"},{"id":20,"text":"وَفِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ ءَايَٰتٞ لِّلۡمُوقِنِينَ","translation":"And on the earth are signs for the certain [in faith]","transliteration":"Wafee alardi ayatun lilmooqineena"},{"id":21,"text":"وَفِيٓ أَنفُسِكُمۡۚ أَفَلَا تُبۡصِرُونَ","translation":"And in yourselves. Then will you not see","transliteration":"Wafee anfusikum afala tubsiroona"},{"id":22,"text":"وَفِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ رِزۡقُكُمۡ وَمَا تُوعَدُونَ","translation":"And in the heaven is your provision and whatever you are promised","transliteration":"Wafee alssamai rizqukum wama tooAAadoona"},{"id":23,"text":"فَوَرَبِّ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ إِنَّهُۥ لَحَقّٞ مِّثۡلَ مَآ أَنَّكُمۡ تَنطِقُونَ","translation":"Then by the Lord of the heaven and earth, indeed, it is truth - just as [sure as] it is that you are speaking","transliteration":"Fawarabbi alssamai waalardi innahu lahaqqun mithla ma annakum tantiqoona"},{"id":24,"text":"هَلۡ أَتَىٰكَ حَدِيثُ ضَيۡفِ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ ٱلۡمُكۡرَمِينَ","translation":"Has there reached you the story of the honored guests of Abraham","transliteration":"Hal ataka hadeethu dayfi ibraheema almukrameena"},{"id":25,"text":"إِذۡ دَخَلُواْ عَلَيۡهِ فَقَالُواْ سَلَٰمٗاۖ قَالَ سَلَٰمٞ قَوۡمٞ مُّنكَرُونَ","translation":"When they entered upon him and said, \"[We greet you with] peace.\" He answered, \"[And upon you] peace, [you are] a people unknown","transliteration":"Ith dakhaloo AAalayhi faqaloo salaman qala salamun qawmun munkaroona"},{"id":26,"text":"فَرَاغَ إِلَىٰٓ أَهۡلِهِۦ فَجَآءَ بِعِجۡلٖ سَمِينٖ","translation":"Then he went to his family and came with a fat [roasted] calf","transliteration":"Faragha ila ahlihi fajaa biAAijlin sameenin"},{"id":27,"text":"فَقَرَّبَهُۥٓ إِلَيۡهِمۡ قَالَ أَلَا تَأۡكُلُونَ","translation":"And placed it near them; he said, \"Will you not eat","transliteration":"Faqarrabahu ilayhim qala ala takuloona"},{"id":28,"text":"فَأَوۡجَسَ مِنۡهُمۡ خِيفَةٗۖ قَالُواْ لَا تَخَفۡۖ وَبَشَّرُوهُ بِغُلَٰمٍ عَلِيمٖ","translation":"And he felt from them apprehension. They said, \"Fear not,\" and gave him good tidings of a learned boy","transliteration":"Faawjasa minhum kheefatan qaloo la takhaf wabashsharoohu bighulamin AAaleemin"},{"id":29,"text":"فَأَقۡبَلَتِ ٱمۡرَأَتُهُۥ فِي صَرَّةٖ فَصَكَّتۡ وَجۡهَهَا وَقَالَتۡ عَجُوزٌ عَقِيمٞ","translation":"And his wife approached with a cry [of alarm] and struck her face and said, \"[I am] a barren old woman","transliteration":"Faaqbalati imraatuhu fee sarratin fasakkat wajhaha waqalat AAajoozun AAaqeemun"},{"id":30,"text":"قَالُواْ كَذَٰلِكِ قَالَ رَبُّكِۖ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ","translation":"They said, \"Thus has said your Lord; indeed, He is the Wise, the Knowing","transliteration":"Qaloo kathaliki qala rabbuki innahu huwa alhakeemu alAAaleemu"},{"id":31,"text":"۞قَالَ فَمَا خَطۡبُكُمۡ أَيُّهَا ٱلۡمُرۡسَلُونَ","translation":"[Abraham] said, \"Then what is your business [here], O messengers","transliteration":"Qala fama khatbukum ayyuha almursaloona"},{"id":32,"text":"قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّآ أُرۡسِلۡنَآ إِلَىٰ قَوۡمٖ مُّجۡرِمِينَ","translation":"They said, \"Indeed, we have been sent to a people of criminals","transliteration":"Qaloo inna orsilna ila qawmin mujrimeena"},{"id":33,"text":"لِنُرۡسِلَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ حِجَارَةٗ مِّن طِينٖ","translation":"To send down upon them stones of clay","transliteration":"Linursila AAalayhim hijaratan min teenin"},{"id":34,"text":"مُّسَوَّمَةً عِندَ رَبِّكَ لِلۡمُسۡرِفِينَ","translation":"Marked in the presence of your Lord for the transgressors","transliteration":"Musawwamatan AAinda rabbika lilmusrifeena"},{"id":35,"text":"فَأَخۡرَجۡنَا مَن كَانَ فِيهَا مِنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ","translation":"So We brought out whoever was in the cities of the believers","transliteration":"Faakhrajna man kana feeha mina almumineena"},{"id":36,"text":"فَمَا وَجَدۡنَا فِيهَا غَيۡرَ بَيۡتٖ مِّنَ ٱلۡمُسۡلِمِينَ","translation":"And We found not within them other than a [single] house of Muslims","transliteration":"Fama wajadna feeha ghayra baytin mina almuslimeena"},{"id":37,"text":"وَتَرَكۡنَا فِيهَآ ءَايَةٗ لِّلَّذِينَ يَخَافُونَ ٱلۡعَذَابَ ٱلۡأَلِيمَ","translation":"And We left therein a sign for those who fear the painful punishment","transliteration":"Watarakna feeha ayatan lillatheena yakhafoona alAAathaba alaleema"},{"id":38,"text":"وَفِي مُوسَىٰٓ إِذۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَٰهُ إِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ بِسُلۡطَٰنٖ مُّبِينٖ","translation":"And in Moses [was a sign], when We sent him to Pharaoh with clear authority","transliteration":"Wafee moosa ith arsalnahu ila firAAawna bisultanin mubeenin"},{"id":39,"text":"فَتَوَلَّىٰ بِرُكۡنِهِۦ وَقَالَ سَٰحِرٌ أَوۡ مَجۡنُونٞ","translation":"But he turned away with his supporters and said,\" A magician or a madman","transliteration":"Fatawalla biruknihi waqala sahirun aw majnoonun"},{"id":40,"text":"فَأَخَذۡنَٰهُ وَجُنُودَهُۥ فَنَبَذۡنَٰهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡيَمِّ وَهُوَ مُلِيمٞ","translation":"So We took him and his soldiers and cast them into the sea, and he was blameworthy","transliteration":"Faakhathnahu wajunoodahu fanabathnahum fee alyammi wahuwa muleemun"},{"id":41,"text":"وَفِي عَادٍ إِذۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا عَلَيۡهِمُ ٱلرِّيحَ ٱلۡعَقِيمَ","translation":"And in 'Aad [was a sign], when We sent against them the barren wind","transliteration":"Wafee AAadin ith arsalna AAalayhimu alrreeha alAAaqeema"},{"id":42,"text":"مَا تَذَرُ مِن شَيۡءٍ أَتَتۡ عَلَيۡهِ إِلَّا جَعَلَتۡهُ كَٱلرَّمِيمِ","translation":"It left nothing of what it came upon but that it made it like disintegrated ruins","transliteration":"Ma tatharu min shayin atat AAalayhi illa jaAAalathu kaalrrameemi"},{"id":43,"text":"وَفِي ثَمُودَ إِذۡ قِيلَ لَهُمۡ تَمَتَّعُواْ حَتَّىٰ حِينٖ","translation":"And in Thamud, when it was said to them, \"Enjoy yourselves for a time","transliteration":"Wafee thamooda ith qeela lahum tamattaAAoo hatta heenin"},{"id":44,"text":"فَعَتَوۡاْ عَنۡ أَمۡرِ رَبِّهِمۡ فَأَخَذَتۡهُمُ ٱلصَّـٰعِقَةُ وَهُمۡ يَنظُرُونَ","translation":"But they were insolent toward the command of their Lord, so the thunderbolt seized them while they were looking on","transliteration":"FaAAataw AAan amri rabbihim faakhathathumu alssaAAiqatu wahum yanthuroona"},{"id":45,"text":"فَمَا ٱسۡتَطَٰعُواْ مِن قِيَامٖ وَمَا كَانُواْ مُنتَصِرِينَ","translation":"And they were unable to arise, nor could they defend themselves","transliteration":"Fama istataAAoo min qiyamin wama kanoo muntasireena"},{"id":46,"text":"وَقَوۡمَ نُوحٖ مِّن قَبۡلُۖ إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُواْ قَوۡمٗا فَٰسِقِينَ","translation":"And [We destroyed] the people of Noah before; indeed, they were a people defiantly disobedient","transliteration":"Waqawma noohin min qablu innahum kanoo qawman fasiqeena"},{"id":47,"text":"وَٱلسَّمَآءَ بَنَيۡنَٰهَا بِأَيۡيْدٖ وَإِنَّا لَمُوسِعُونَ","translation":"And the heaven We constructed with strength, and indeed, We are [its] expander","transliteration":"Waalssamaa banaynaha biaydin wainna lamoosiAAoona"},{"id":48,"text":"وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ فَرَشۡنَٰهَا فَنِعۡمَ ٱلۡمَٰهِدُونَ","translation":"And the earth We have spread out, and excellent is the preparer","transliteration":"Waalarda farashnaha faniAAma almahidoona"},{"id":49,"text":"وَمِن كُلِّ شَيۡءٍ خَلَقۡنَا زَوۡجَيۡنِ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَذَكَّرُونَ","translation":"And of all things We created two mates; perhaps you will remember","transliteration":"Wamin kulli shayin khalaqna zawjayni laAAallakum tathakkaroona"},{"id":50,"text":"فَفِرُّوٓاْ إِلَى ٱللَّهِۖ إِنِّي لَكُم مِّنۡهُ نَذِيرٞ مُّبِينٞ","translation":"So flee to Allah. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner","transliteration":"Fafirroo ila Allahi innee lakum minhu natheerun mubeenun"},{"id":51,"text":"وَلَا تَجۡعَلُواْ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا ءَاخَرَۖ إِنِّي لَكُم مِّنۡهُ نَذِيرٞ مُّبِينٞ","translation":"And do not make [as equal] with Allah another deity. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner","transliteration":"Wala tajAAaloo maAAa Allahi ilahan akhara innee lakum minhu natheerun mubeenun"},{"id":52,"text":"كَذَٰلِكَ مَآ أَتَى ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِم مِّن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا قَالُواْ سَاحِرٌ أَوۡ مَجۡنُونٌ","translation":"Similarly, there came not to those before them any messenger except that they said, \"A magician or a madman","transliteration":"Kathalika ma ata allatheena min qablihim min rasoolin illa qaloo sahirun aw majnoonun"},{"id":53,"text":"أَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِهِۦۚ بَلۡ هُمۡ قَوۡمٞ طَاغُونَ","translation":"Did they suggest it to them? Rather, they [themselves] are a transgressing people","transliteration":"Atawasaw bihi bal hum qawmun taghoona"},{"id":54,"text":"فَتَوَلَّ عَنۡهُمۡ فَمَآ أَنتَ بِمَلُومٖ","translation":"So leave them, [O Muhammad], for you are not to be blamed","transliteration":"Fatawalla AAanhum fama anta bimaloomin"},{"id":55,"text":"وَذَكِّرۡ فَإِنَّ ٱلذِّكۡرَىٰ تَنفَعُ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ","translation":"And remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers","transliteration":"Wathakkir fainna alththikra tanfaAAu almumineena"},{"id":56,"text":"وَمَا خَلَقۡتُ ٱلۡجِنَّ وَٱلۡإِنسَ إِلَّا لِيَعۡبُدُونِ","translation":"And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me","transliteration":"Wama khalaqtu aljinna waalinsa illa liyaAAbudooni"},{"id":57,"text":"مَآ أُرِيدُ مِنۡهُم مِّن رِّزۡقٖ وَمَآ أُرِيدُ أَن يُطۡعِمُونِ","translation":"I do not want from them any provision, nor do I want them to feed Me","transliteration":"Ma oreedu minhum min rizqin wama oreedu an yutAAimooni"},{"id":58,"text":"إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلرَّزَّاقُ ذُو ٱلۡقُوَّةِ ٱلۡمَتِينُ","translation":"Indeed, it is Allah who is the [continual] Provider, the firm possessor of strength","transliteration":"Inna Allaha huwa alrrazzaqu thoo alquwwati almateenu"},{"id":59,"text":"فَإِنَّ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ ذَنُوبٗا مِّثۡلَ ذَنُوبِ أَصۡحَٰبِهِمۡ فَلَا يَسۡتَعۡجِلُونِ","translation":"And indeed, for those who have wronged is a portion [of punishment] like the portion of their predecessors, so let them not impatiently urge Me","transliteration":"Fainna lillatheena thalamoo thanooban mithla thanoobi ashabihim fala yastaAAjiloona"},{"id":60,"text":"فَوَيۡلٞ لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِن يَوۡمِهِمُ ٱلَّذِي يُوعَدُونَ","translation":"And woe to those who have disbelieved from their Day which they are promised","transliteration":"Fawaylun lillatheena kafaroo min yawmihimu allathee yooAAadoona"}]}
