  2. Two or more individuals access or use this software within the same project,
     codebase, or organisation.

  4. You are using this software in a continuous integration, staging, or
     production environment owned or operated by a company or organisation.

Use under this tier requires a valid, paid Commercial License Agreement obtained
directly from Bijikyu. Without such an agreement you may not use, copy, modify,
distribute, or incorporate this software under this tier.

A negotiated Commercial License Agreement may modify those standard terms
in writing for a specific licensee. Unauthorised commercial use constitutes

Projects that are both:
  (a) publicly available under an OSI-approved open source license, AND
  (b) not primarily funded by or operated for the benefit of a for-profit entity

may use this software under the terms of Tier 1 regardless of the number of
contributors, provided the project itself does not generate commercial revenue
attributable to this software.
