The report-by-default configurable Reasoning Guard was verified through the full unit suite, system scenarios, installed-repository E2E, source-bound code review, package inspection, and the deterministic hub release workflow. The audit/fix loop added regressions for resolution self-reopening, no-ID evidence matching, older obligation selection, session isolation, event-ID scoping, and Windows-safe workflow JSON output.
