# Binary evidence consistency fix - release proof

PRD Plugin 0.11.2 restricts claim-source decoding to .md, .json, .jsonl, and .txt. PNG evidence is skipped, textual missing-ID detection remains active, and malformed supported text remains a visible error.

The complete 745-test suite and composite local workflow passed. GitHub Actions Publish to npm run 29322215359 completed successfully for annotated tag v0.11.2 at commit 5b4fcb3, and the npm registry returned 0.11.2.
