Run the PRD Plugin status reader and show its output. Use the downstream path if
it exists, else the hub path:

- downstream: `python .prd_plugin/scripts/prd_status.py`
- hub: `python scripts/prd_status.py`

Show the report as-is, then add one short line: anything that needs attention
(stale items, open health findings, accepted-but-not-graduated requests). Do not
change any files.
