Skills libraries stay independent — their repos, their names, their licenses — and publish a tiny federation.json. The crawler folds them into one index with live SkillSpec grades. Search across everyone:

Federate your library — ship a federation.json (the init-library scaffold includes one), then PR one line into federation-registry.json. The weekly crawl does the rest.
