# Contributing

Contributions are welcome through issues and pull requests.

## Development

1. Install Node.js 22.19 or newer and Pi 0.82.1 or newer.
2. Run `npm ci`.
3. Run `npm run check`.
4. Test a local checkout with `pi -e . --session-id <fresh-id> -p "<task>"`.

Keep the extension print-mode-only. Changes must not add progress output to stdout, persist model reasoning, or weaken exclusive worker identity and atomic-write guarantees.
