    This produces deterministic 1-10 scores for all dimensions, enriched by:
    - Risk Profile ← credit spreads + correlation regime + GARCH volatility (±1.5)
    - Valuation ← TAM-adj PEG + Bayesian growth verdict (±1.5)
    - Technical Setup ← GF-DMA Health Index (±1.0)
    - CANSLIM ← earnings edge beat rate + PEAD + seasonality (±1.0)
    - Conviction Count ← COT institutional positioning (additional factor)
    + framework divergence + tape class + conviction count + revision momentum

    LLM adjustment rule: Moat and Management scores may be adjusted ±2.0 based on qualitative findings from Stages 5-15. All adjustments must cite specific evidence.

    Contradiction rules:
    - Rule 1: Overvaluation + wide moat → moat erosion question
    - Rule 2: Red flags ≥3 → re-examine financials
    - Rule 3: Alt data negative + financials strong → early warning
    - Rule 4: Analyst herding + Strong Buy consensus → contrarian overlay (requires --behavioral)
    - Rule 5: Framework divergence requiring investigation
    - Rule 6: Technical vs fundamental divergence
    - Rule 7: Three-layer alignment check (stock × industry × macro). If all three layers point the same direction → conviction bonus (+0.5). If stock diverges from both industry and macro → investigate outlier vs swimming against tide.
    - Flag unresolved contradictions in output
    - Include `multi_layer_alignment` metadata in output (alignment_status, layer_scores)

    Bayesian calibration adjusts raw conviction based on historical accuracy and Brier score.

    - Assign rank: 001 = highest composite, 002 = second, etc.
    - Write ranking.json with: rank, ticker, company_name, current_price, composite_score, conviction, kill_switch, key_dimensions

    Compute which dimensions had the MOST variance/discrimination power across candidates:
    - Standard deviation per dimension across all companies
    - Correlation of each dimension with final rank
    - Identify: "These dimensions drove the selection: [X, Y, Z]"
    - Identify: "These dimensions were non-differentiating: [A, B]"

    If the user has specified a portfolio (via --portfolio flag or portfolio.json in the run directory):

<portfolio-complementarity>
