- Created `pi-dashboard-smooth` script
- Architecture: Static HTML + JS polling JSON file every 2s
- AnimeJS animates number changes smoothly
- No page refresh - DOM updates in place

## STEP-04: Fix file:// Fetch Blocking

### Pre-Execution
**Objective**: Dashboard shows zeros - fetch() blocked on file:// URLs

**Root Cause**: Browsers block fetch() for security on file:// protocol

### Execution
- Solution: Serve via HTTP
- Command: `python3 -m http.server 8787 --directory "$WORKSPACE"`
- Dashboard now accessible at http://localhost:8787/.dashboard.html

## STEP-05: Fix Status Detection for Completed Agents

### Pre-Execution
**Objective**: Agents show "running" even after completion

**Root Cause**: 
- Status check only looked at tmux sessions
- tmux sessions persist after agent_end (waiting for user input)
- Dashboard showed stale "running" status

### Execution
- Added check for `agent_end` event in audit.jsonl BEFORE tmux check
- Order: agent_end → tmux → pid → output files → pending

### Execution

- Spawned 4 PI agents with shadow-git hook:
  - architect: Analyze codebase architecture
  - coder: Document hook system
  - researcher: Research session management
  - reviewer: Review hooks examples

- Created `/tmp/premium-data-gen.sh` data generator
- Feeds JSON to dashboard every 2 seconds

**Results**:
- All 4 agents completed successfully
- 45 total turns, 62 tool calls, 0 errors
- Dashboard updated in real-time with smooth animations
