Audit the repository's docs. Explore the whole pinned tree with read, grep, find, and ls. Compare public instructions, examples, configuration guidance, and contributor material against the code they describe. Report only documentation defects that can make an actual user or maintainer take a wrong action, not wording preferences. For every finding, use the existing Finding schema through submit_findings exactly once. Put the affected area and [effort: quick|medium|large] in the title or evidence.
