- [x] Complete independent source review.
- [x] Obtain user acceptance of both terminal previews (2026-11-02).
- [x] Verify GitHub author and authentication route.
- [ ] Verify the final npm archive and publish it.
- [ ] Compare the registry artifact with the reviewed source.
- [ ] Update shared configuration and verify installation.

Publication and installation receipts are recorded separately. Keep credentials,
private content, generated fixtures and host-specific paths out of the release.
