The adapted implementation targets the @earendil-works Pi interfaces and is
integrated with pi-openai-toolkit's independent compaction and Web Search
extension entry points. The upstream NOTICE also identifies the behavior as a
standalone port of the senpi-mono built-in openai-web-search extension.

The stable reasoning-effort planner in src/codex-astra/effort-planner.ts was
ported from Oh My Pi (@oh-my-pi/pi-ai, providers/openai-configuration-update.ts)
at version 18.1.8.
