- Preserve unrelated escaped dollars in prices, shell text, and Windows paths when another skill reference is transformed.

- Test Node 22.19/24, Windows/Linux, and Pi 0.80.2/0.85.1 in CI.
- Pin GitHub Actions revisions, add MIT license text, and document a manual npm release checklist.
