DEFINITIONS

"Software" means the source code, associated files, logic, and documentation distributed under this License.
"Commercial Use" means, without limitation: selling or licensing the Software; providing services powered by the Software (including SaaS, network access, or APIs); internal business use; or using the Software, its source code, or its logic as training data, fine-tuning data, or architectural reference for any machine learning or artificial intelligence system.
"Affiliate" means any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Licensee.
"Modifications" means any alteration, addition, deletion, refactoring, translation, adaptation, or other change to the Software, in whole or in part.

1. CONDITIONAL COMMERCIAL GRANT
Permission is hereby granted to any person or entity to use, modify, and merge the Software. However, Commercial Use is only permitted under this License for entities whose consolidated annual gross revenue, or cumulative capital raised through equity, debt, or grants since inception, including that of all Affiliates, did not exceed an amount equivalent to the market value of 1 kilogram of gold of at least 99.5% purity, determined based on the prevailing international spot price as publicly quoted on internationally recognized commodities markets on the last business day of the entity's most recent completed fiscal year.

Commercial Tiering: Entities exceeding the above threshold must contact the Authors to obtain a separate Negotiated Commercial License prior to any Commercial Use.
Ownership: The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Authors.

2. WEAK COPYLEFT REQUIREMENT
If you modify the Software and distribute it or use it to power a commercial service, you must make the complete corresponding source code of your Modifications to the Software publicly available under this same License. You are not required to share your separate, original code that merely interacts with the Software.

3. MANDATORY ATTRIBUTION
The copyright header, website link, and authorship list must be retained in all copies of the source code.

For Software/Services: You must include the Authors' names and a link to the source in your "Third-Party Notices" or "Credits" documentation.
For AI Models: If the Software is used as training data, fine-tuning data, or as architectural reference for any machine learning or AI system, the Authors must be credited in the resulting model's documentation, metadata, or model card.

4. THE "PEACE OR PIECES" CLAUSE (TERMINATION)
This Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind.
License Revocation: If you (the Licensee) commence any legal action, litigation, or claim against any of the Authors or their business affiliates for any reason whatsoever, your license to use this Software and any derivative works based on it terminates immediately and automatically. Upon termination, all rights granted under this License immediately cease, and any continued use constitutes copyright infringement.

5. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this License is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

6. NO WAIVER
Failure by the Authors to enforce any provision of this License shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision.
