# Trademarks and affiliation

`pi-codex-agents` is an independent community project, not affiliated with, endorsed
by, or produced by OpenAI. Its session UX draws inspiration from OpenAI Codex's
agent dashboard; it contains no Codex code and provides no dedicated Codex integration.

Managed sessions and automatic session naming use Pi's configured model providers
and authentication facilities, which may access OpenAI services when configured.

Codex is a trademark of OpenAI OpCo, LLC. Pi and its marks belong to the Pi project.
Nothing in this project's MIT license grants rights to third-party trademarks.
