### Task 1: NOT referencing REQ-999

This task is intentionally NOT referencing REQ-999 to set up the
calibration test. The spec-compliance lens, before calibration,
fires P1 on this configuration. After calibration (REQ-008), it
should NOT fire because REQ-999 lives in this fixture's
`requirements.md` and the lens excludes its own example REQ-999.
