# Fixture: risk-self-desc

This fixture is for the `risk` lens's self-match exclusion.

## Intent

The lens's documentation describes what the lens detects in
abstract terms. When that documentation lives in a `proposal.md`,
the lens should NOT fire P1, even when the wording discusses the
lens's keywords. Real change markers (specific phrases in
commit-style prose) DO fire. This fixture is the former: it
documents the rule, it is not a real change.

## Real change marker examples

These are the kinds of phrases that SHOULD fire in a real
proposal:

- "this is a real change marker indicating a discontinued API"
- "this is a real change marker for a removed interface"

This fixture intentionally does NOT contain those phrases. It
contains the words "documentation" and "abstract" instead.
