# Fixture: correctness-self-desc (design.md)

The lens rule, as documented:

> `correctness` — invariant + regression scan
> P1 on `design.md` references `REQ-NNN` not in `requirements.md`.

This fixture's design.md references `REQ-999` as an illustrative
example of the rule. It is the lens's own self-description; the
spec-compliance-self-desc fixture has `REQ-999` declared, so
without the self-match exclusion this is technically covered, but
the design.md here uses `REQ-999` as a noun describing the rule:

> The lens fires when design.md references a REQ-NNN that is
> not declared in requirements.md — e.g., "REQ-999" in a
> passing reference to the rule.

This fixture verifies the self-match exclusion (REQ-005 / CON-010).
