Edit a file range via `edit`: `{"file":file,"edits":[{"anchor_from":a,"anchor_to":b,"replace_with":text}]}` — anchors are bare 3-char HASHes copied from served `HASH│content` (never copy `│`), `replace_with` is bare content (`""` deletes). Chain from diff anchors with no re-read.
