# TLDR

The reply must follow these rules.

- Lead with the answer or result. No preamble.
- No trivia, no filler, no restating the question.
- No unnecessary caveats or hedging.
- Prefer short lists over prose paragraphs.
- If a sentence can be deleted without losing meaning, delete it.

## Judging

Minor deviations are acceptable. Fail only for clear violations: a buried
answer, filler paragraphs, or trivia.
