# v0.8.10 Release Notes

## Current package authority

`0.8.10` is the current unpublished package candidate after the immutable
`0.8.9` tag, release, and latest registry history. The root package, lockfile,
private Persona shared-skills package, and `consumer-authority-v0810-acceptance.json`
must bind the same version. The `v0.8.9` acceptance record remains strict
historical evidence for its own immutable published release history and cannot
authorize this candidate.

The active package preflights, installed-package contract, and release policy
consume the v0.8.10 acceptance record. The canonical Node 20/npm 10 packer and
the separate publisher boundary remain unchanged; no release, registry, tag,
fixture, authority, or hosted result is implied by these source notes.

## Discovery surface

This patch makes the published npm search metadata and the first repository
screen clearer for Java/Spring teams evaluating an OpenCode workflow. It adds
no runtime behavior or efficacy claim; the public copy remains bounded by
`docs/MEASURED-CLAIMS.md`.

## Advisory observation boundary

The optional OpenCode A/B observation uses the portable
`opencode-advisory-observation.1` result contract. It accepts only the exact
`openai/gpt-5.3-codex-spark` binding and normalized candidate/package and
baseline/profile metrics; incomplete, malformed, mismatched, repeated, or
secret-bearing observations become `UNKNOWN`. The result is advisory evidence
only and never a product, merge, CI, release, or hosted gate.

## Release boundary

This branch prepares version authority only. Fresh Source and Package gates
must bind the exact candidate and canonical tar before any release action.
