# subreport ELViS

## Status

The reusable profile `assets/platform-adapters/subreport-elvis.json` is `research-only`. No live login, account, demo submission, or production mutation is implied.

Official documentation reviewed for the profile describes:

- document access without registration when the ELViS ID is known;
- registration for communication, notifications, and submission;
- bidder questions and change notifications;
- bidder receipts and withdrawal/exchange before opening;
- text form, advanced signature, and qualified signature variants selected by the buyer;
- an optional signature helper; and
- a documented 120 MB limit per individual file.

Treat all of these as documented, not observed, until promoted with recorded evidence.

## Safe promotion

Offline synthetic tests may validate an ELViS-shaped declaration but cannot promote the real deployment. Promotion sequence:

1. separate human approval for demo/account/onboarding effects;
2. official demo identity and environment recorded;
3. read-only capabilities observed;
4. staging/final/receipt/withdrawal behavior tested only in the demo;
5. evidence and tested date recorded; and
6. profile changed only after review.

Never create an ELViS account, accept terms, install a signature helper, or use a certificate without E8 approval.
