## Description
Uses `fetch` to submit a GET request and return the JSON body response to state. In case of an error will return `{ get_$index_error: '...' }`, where `$index` is the index of the module. Renders `<p>Loading...</p>` while loading request.

The assign parameter allows JSON response values to be mapped to new keys to return to the state. For example, the following would map the `origin` response value of this request, and return its value under the `ip` to the framework state.
