Example Card API Links

Use the existing card shape, keep capability tags as filter links, and tuck method references into a closed-by-default drawer.

Tag filter idea: capability and platform tags can stay visually quiet, but become links to filtered catalog views such as all camera examples, all ML5 examples, or all Android-only examples.

Capability Tags

These describe what the sketch uses or demonstrates. They can filter to pages of related examples.

Platform Tags

These should be consistent, high-level filters for support expectations.
