1. **Create existing skill**: ✅ HANDLED PROPERLY
   - Attempting to create a skill that already exists throws appropriate error

2. **Test nonexistent skill**: ✅ HANDLED PROPERLY  
   - Testing a non-existent skill shows appropriate failure message
   - Error message: "[FAIL] <skill> - 文件不存在: <path>/SKILL.md"

### Known Issues
1. **CLI list command bug**:
   - The `list` command fails with TypeError: padEnd is not a function
   - This is a minor display issue, core functionality works
