1. Grant. Permission is granted, free of charge, to any person or organization
   to install and use this software (the "Software") for any lawful purpose,
   including internal commercial use. This license is non-exclusive and
   non-transferable.

2. Restrictions. Except to the extent such a restriction is prohibited by
   applicable law, you may NOT:
   a. modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software;
   b. redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or otherwise make the
      Software available to third parties as a standalone product or as part
      of a competing product or service;
   c. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to
      derive the source code of the Software.

3. Ownership. The Software is licensed, not sold. All right, title, and
   interest in and to the Software remain with the copyright holder.

4. Third-party components. Portions of this software are derived from or
   bundle third-party open-source components, each under its own license;
   see THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md. Nothing in this license limits the rights
   those licenses grant you in the respective components.

5. No warranty. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY
   KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF

7. Termination. This license terminates automatically if you breach any of
   its terms. Upon termination you must stop using and delete all copies of
   the Software.
