# Quality Rubric

Every piece of writing must score 7+ on each dimension to ship.

## Dimensions (each scored 1-10)

### Accuracy (Fact Checker)
- 10: Every claim verified, properly sourced
- 7: All major claims verified, minor claims reasonable
- 4: Some claims unverified or unsourced
- 1: Contains factual errors

### Structure (Section Editor)
- 10: Perfect flow, every section earns its place, compelling arc
- 7: Logical flow, clear organization, effective transitions
- 4: Organization present but some sections feel out of place
- 1: No clear structure, reader gets lost

### Language (Copy Editor)
- 10: Clean, precise, varied, zero slop
- 7: Mostly clean, minor issues, slop score under 3
- 4: Multiple grammar issues or slop score 3-5
- 1: Riddled with errors or slop score above 5

### Engagement (Reader Advocate)
- 10: Could not stop reading, would share immediately
- 7: Maintained interest throughout, learned something
- 4: Skimmed some sections, adequate but forgettable
- 1: Stopped reading partway through

### Authenticity (Reader Advocate)
- 10: Unmistakably human, distinct voice, specific perspective
- 7: Reads as human, no obvious AI tells
- 4: Some AI-sounding passages, mostly passable
- 1: Obviously AI-generated

## Passing Criteria
- All dimensions >= 7
- Authenticity >= 7 (hard gate, cannot be averaged away)
- Slop score <= 3 (from Copy Editor)
