Default recommendation thresholds:
- STRONG BUY: ≥ 8.0
- BUY: ≥ 6.5
- HOLD: ≥ 5.0
- PASS: < 5.0

### Migration Notes

This is a complete rewrite from the video publishing tool. No migration path exists from previous versions. This is a new project with a different purpose.

### Known Limitations

- PDF parsing not yet fully implemented (requires pdf-parse integration)
- PPTX and DOCX parsing to be added
- AI provider integration (OpenAI/Anthropic) not yet implemented
- Deck generation feature planned for future release
- Currently uses rule-based extraction (AI-powered extraction coming soon)

## Notes

This changelog documents the complete transformation of the project from `openclaw-video-publisher` to `venture-capitalist-skill`. All video publishing functionality has been removed and replaced with investment analysis capabilities.
