## Systems Optimization Through Flow State

### Pillar 4: The Flow Cycle (The Four-Phase Process)

Flow is not a state you enter and stay in. It is one phase in a recurring cycle:

### The Invisible Productivity Killer

A single meeting on your calendar at 2 PM reduces your capacity to access flow state at 9 AM.

### The Three Types of Friction

### Superfluidity
