# Alignment Health Check

Check the health status of OMGKIT's component alignment system.

## Overview

This command validates that:
1. **Registry Sync** - registry.yaml matches actual component files
2. **Dependency Integrity** - All references point to existing components
3. **Format Compliance** - All component IDs use correct formats
4. **Hierarchy Respect** - Components only reference appropriate levels

## Usage

```bash
/alignment:health
```

## Output

The command provides a comprehensive health report:

```
🔮 OMGKIT Alignment Health Report
=================================
Registry Sync Status: ✓ ALIGNED / ⚠ DRIFT DETECTED
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
📊 Component Counts:
   Agents:    33 registered, 33 actual    ✓
   Skills:    127 actual                  ✓
   Commands:  111 actual                  ✓
   Workflows: 49 registered, 49 actual    ✓
🔗 Dependency Health:
   Agent→Skill refs:    153 valid    ✓
   Agent→Command refs:  172 valid    ✓
   Workflow→Agent refs: 156 valid    ✓
Overall: ✓ HEALTHY
```

## What Gets Checked

### 1. Component Count Validation
Verifies that the number of registered components matches actual files:
- All agents in registry exist as files
- All workflows in registry exist as files
- No orphaned entries (registry entries without files)
- No missing entries (files without registry entries)

### 2. Dependency Reference Validation
Verifies all dependency references are valid:
- Agent skill references point to existing skills
- Agent command references point to existing commands
- Workflow agent references point to existing agents
- Workflow skill references point to existing skills
- Workflow command references point to existing commands

### 3. Format Compliance
Verifies all component IDs use correct formats:
- Skills: `category/skill-name`
- Commands: `/namespace:command-name`
- Agents: `kebab-case`
- Workflows: `category/workflow-name`

### 4. Hierarchy Validation
Verifies the Optimized Alignment Principle:
- Level 0: MCPs (foundation)
- Level 1: Commands → use MCPs
- Level 2: Skills → use Commands, MCPs
- Level 3: Agents → use Skills, Commands, MCPs
- Level 4: Workflows → use Agents, Skills, Commands, MCPs

## Troubleshooting

If the health check reports issues:

### Registry Drift
```bash
# Check specific component
/alignment:deps agent:fullstack-developer
# Review the registry
cat plugin/registry.yaml | grep fullstack-developer
```

### Missing References
```bash
# Verify skill exists
ls plugin/skills/methodology/writing-plans/SKILL.md
# Verify command exists
ls plugin/commands/dev/feature.md
```

### Format Issues
Ensure component references follow the correct format:
- Skills must have category prefix: `methodology/writing-plans`
- Commands must have namespace: `/dev:feature`
- Agents must be kebab-case: `fullstack-developer`
