## Evidence

- Anthropic published Claude Code `2.1.211` on 2026-07-15: <https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/releases/tag/v2.1.211>.
- The locally installed first-party CLI reports `2.1.211 (Claude Code)`.
- Local `--version` and `--help` probes completed without network syscalls.
- The installed binary exposes the conductor launch surfaces OMS depends on, including the system-prompt-file, hook, and async wake contracts.
- OMS tests prove `2.1.211` is propagated into conductor and worker hook settings, while existing `2.1.207` and `2.1.210` activity remains readable and exact-generation cross-version hooks are rejected.
- A stopped historical conductor can adopt `2.1.211` only after a fresh human bare-`oms` confirmation. The conductor UUID and immutable live authorization are retained; watchdog recovery cannot adopt the changed policy.

## Boundary

This is an exact-version compatibility record, not a general certification of later Claude Code versions, billing behavior, or provider-side service availability. OMS continues to reject unreviewed Claude Code versions such as `2.1.212`.
