### 1. Dual-Mode MCP Server ✅
**Both modes verified and working:**
- **stdio transport** - Local installation (Claude Code, Codex)
- **HTTP/SSE transport** - Remote streaming connections
- **JSON-RPC 2.0** - Remote sync request/response

**Better than reference:** Improved over Kolada MCP implementation

### 2. Supabase Caching ✅
**6/6 integration tests passed:**
- ✅ Cache WRITE (JSONB storage, no Storage bucket)
- ✅ Cache READ (37x speedup)
- ✅ Data Consistency (identical data)

## ⚠️ KNOWN LIMITATIONS

### 1. Render Free Tier
**Issue:** Server timeouts on heavy queries
**Impact:** Stress tests 3-8 failed (HTML responses after initial tests)
**Root Cause:** Limited CPU/memory on free tier
**Mitigation:** Supabase caching critical for production use

### 2. OECD API Rate Limiting
**Issue:** Extremely strict per-IP rate limits
**Details:**
- ~20-30 rapid requests → IP temporarily blocked
- Rate limit appears to be per-IP, not per-request-rate
- Cooldown period: 5-10 minutes

**Impact:**
- Cannot test all dataflows in single session
- Parallel testing fails instantly with 429 errors
- Sequential testing (1s delay) also fails

**Mitigation:**
- Supabase caching reduces API calls
- Different users = different IPs = fresh rate limit windows
- Production usage less affected (distributed user base)

### 3. Removed Dataflows (4 total)
**404 Errors (OECD API):**
- GGDP - Gross Domestic Product
- SNA_TABLE11 - System of National Accounts Table 11

**500/Connection Errors:**
- RIOMARKERS - Aid Targeting Environmental Objectives (500 Internal Server Error)
- PATENTS_WIPO - Patents by WIPO Technology Domains (Premature close)
