报错的话执行一次：npm config set registry=https://registry.npmjs.org

2.npm init
package name: 包的名称

version: 版本号

description: 包的描述

entry point: 入口文件，默认是 index.js

test command: 测试命令，可以不填直接回车

git repository: 提供 git 个人仓库，可以不填，直接回车

keywords： testplugin(项目的关键词，npm 搜索关键词)

author: 作者名称

license: (ISC) 包遵循的开源协议，默认是 ISC

3.npm publish

4.npm install ‘xxx(发布的)’

5.require 引用
