Make RSS flux for Novelupdates for groups and novels updates

But make sur your RSS reader have at least 10s timeout because cloudflare need 5s minimum

## Install

!You will NodeJS to use this!     

Global install (port 5000) :
```
npm i -g novelupdates-rss
novelupdates-rss
```

Local install :
```
git clone http://git.azsiaz.tech/AzSiAz/RSSMaker.git
npm install
npm start
```

## Planned
  - Add rss flux for Novelupdates principal page    
  - Add Mangaupdates to have just novel updates and group release
