Toggle whether Nori Profiles automatically updates when a new version is available.

This command is intercepted by a hook and executed directly without LLM processing.

**Usage:** `/nori-toggle-autoupdate`

**Behavior:**
- If autoupdate is enabled, it will be disabled
- If autoupdate is disabled (or not set), it will be enabled
