A vbulletin to NodeBB exporter based on nodebb-plugin-import-ubb, which just provides an API for [nodebb-plugin-import](https://github.com/akhoury/nodebb-plugin-import) to use.

All SQL Queries were inspired from [nodebb-plugin-vbexporter](https://github.com/MakerStudios/nodebb-plugin-vbexporter), which doesn't seem to be maintained so I created my own fork.
