Trivia
House: "You know, the down vibe in here is ruining my Charlie's Angels fantasy." this refers to the ABC series (1976-1981) starring three beautiful women who work for a private detective agency run by a mysterious patron known only to them as Charlie. The show was remade the same year as this episode premiered, but it was already canceled when the episode aired.

Goofs
The patient points out that 70.000 people a year need a kidney transplant, but only 10.000 people die each year. House then answers that 60.000 more people should die, but that's nonsense. Since (virtually) every dying person will have two kidneys to offer, and each patient will be happy with one transplanted kidney, only 25.000 more people would have to die.

going downhill

The female doctors do their best, but the writing for them is bad, and there is simply no fun. This is bad writing and the most boring that house has ever been. The female doctors casting is a failure, the small one is incredibly annoying, a squeaking nuisance. House himself is entertaining, and the prison break guy as flat as ever. There was a dull subplot involving Wilson, who is not an interesting character any more. The show is running out of steam pretty fast. That the show is watchable at all is down to Laurie, but this is putting a lot of strain on keeping the episode together. 5/10 for the show. - 0/10 for the assistants.
