## Limits and rollback

The local Codex CLI readback confirms that `AGENTS.md` is included by
`codex debug prompt-input`. It does not prove automatic discovery of the newly
added skill in every client because this release was not globally installed.
Model behavior, client marketplace distribution and universal runtime support
remain unverified.

Rollback source: the `v1.10.0` tag. Restore that exact ref only after checking
current working state and rerun the validators and tests.
