13.12: Tabs Key navigations disabled example

**Primary Actor**: User

**Scope**: Ngx-bootstrap DEMO / BS version 3&4

**Goal**: Show user info about accessibility

Main success scenario:
----------------------
1. User opens Tabs demo page
2. User clicks on Disabled key navigations sub-menu
3. User see tabs component with 2 tabs.
4. When user press 'delete' key, the tab will not be deleted because the key navigation is disabled.
