1.6: Alerts Dynamic content example

**Primary Actor**: User

**Scope**: Ngx-bootstrap DEMO / BS version 3&4

**Goal**: Show user example of dynamic changing alert content

Main success scenario:
----------------------
1. User open Alerts demo page
2. User click on Dynamic content sub-menu
3. User see 1 alert with type: success
4. User able to click on "Change text" button
5. When user click on this button, alert content changed
6. When user click on this button second time, then alert content changed again
7. By default there should be 3 types of alert content
