13.9: Tabs Select event example

**Scope**: Ngx-bootstrap DEMO / BS version 3&4

**Goal**: Show user example of tabs with select event

Main success scenario:
----------------------
1. User opens Tabs demo page
2. User clicks on Select event sub-menu
3. User see tabs component with 2 tabs
4. By default, the first tab chosen and there is a long content inside and "Title"
5. When user clicks on the second tab, it become chosen and there is long content inside and "Title 2"
6. And info block with "Event select is fired. The heading of the selected tab is: Second tab" shown
7. When user clicks on the first tab, it become chosen and there is long content inside and "Title"
8. And info block with "Event select is fired. The heading of the selected tab is: First tab" shown
