Work on one story without regenerating the whole backlog.

## Usage

## Options

| Option | Description |

| `--epic` | Epic to file a new story under |
| `--status` | Set the story's status explicitly |

## What It Does

1. Resolves the story — by id, path, slug, or as a new one from a description
2. Drafts or refreshes it against the PRD requirements and the codebase conventions,
   writing acceptance criteria first
3. Gates it against the constitution and stamps the result
4. Promotes it to `ready` when it passes, or leaves it `draft` with the blockers recorded

## Notes

This skill runs forked and cannot ask you questions. When something is unclear it records
an open question and leaves the story `draft` rather than guessing. For conversational
story development, use `/myai-dev-discover`.

Use `/myai-dev-prd --reshard` when a whole epic needs redoing — this command is for one
story at a time.

## Output

`docs/product/stories/{id}-{slug}.md`, and a rebuilt `docs/product/backlog.json`.

Build it with `/myai-dev-workflow --story {id}`.
